CUTTER KIT

Description

A JCB 3DX Cutter Kit (commonly referred to as a Side Cutter & Tooth Set / Bucket Cutter Kit) is a heavy-duty wear attachment fitted to the rear backhoe bucket or front loader bucket of a JCB 3DX machine.

It protects the sides and bottom lip of the bucket from excessive wear while increasing penetration force when digging hard soil, rock, or compacted ground.

What is Included in a Full Cutter Kit?

A standard Full Bucket Tooth & Side Cutter Kit typically consists of:

Center Bucket Teeth (Tooth Points): 3 to 5 main center teeth attached to the cutting edge to break up soil.

Left & Right Side Cutters (Corner Teeth): Flanged side plates mounted on the left and right outer corners of the bucket to slice through dirt and clear bucket side clearance.

Tooth Adapters / Base Shanks: Welded or bolted bases that hold the replaceable teeth.

Fasteners & Locking Hardware: High-tensile bolts, nuts, and roll pins (e.g., standard JCB part set 550/42065A).
